WHY DO YOU USE CALL TRACKING?

By using call tracking, we are able to get an in-depth understanding of where your patients are finding you online and can use those insights to help develop your overall marketing strategy.

The use of call tracking numbers helps us and you understand what portion of your phone call leads and conversions can be contributed to the DoctorLogic platform.

HOW DOES CALL TRACKING WORK?

Our call tracking is channel-based with local specific numbers. For each facility, we provide a set of local call tracking phone numbers within a practice's local market.

Our software will dynamically assign a call tracking phone number to each visitor based on the way they arrive at the site. Phone calls placed to call tracking phone numbers seamlessly forward to the facility-specific phone number provided by you. This gives a look at overall trends for the site, what people are looking at, where they are finding you, what devices they are using, etc.

AREN'T PATIENTS CONFUSED THAT ITS NOT MY NUMBER?

No. Much of the hesitation around call tracking comes from the practice rather than the patient. Patients themselves care less about what your number is and more about the experience they have when they're connected.

The majority of your patients are coming from a phone, meaning they use the click-to-call feature. Your tracking number is loaded directly into their dialer and they often don't even see it before pressing "call" The days of saving numbers into your contacts are waning. More and more consumers are searching your practice on Google or visiting the site when they need your phone number.

CAN I REMOVE CALL TRACKING?

Yes. While we wholeheartedly stand by the success of call tracking, at the end of the day, it is your decision to have it on your site.

Should you choose to remove call tracking from your site, please contact your CSM. They will guide you through the acknowledgment and removal process.

IF I REMOVE CALL TRACKING, CAN I STILL KEEP CALL RECORDING?

No. Call recording is only available in conjunction with call tracking.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CALL TRACKING NUMBERS WHEN MY CONTRACT IS UP OR I DECIDE TO LEAVE DOCTORLOGIC?

You have the option to keep all tracking numbers should you fulfill your contract and leave the DoctorLogic platform. We can work with your new vendor to ensure you keep the numbers.
