WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED ON MY DESIGN?

We need a completed kickoff call. We will also need an original logo file (.AI, .SVG, or .EPS format).

DO WE HAVE TO HAVE A SITE REVIEW CALL OR CAN YOU JUST SEND A LINK?

We prefer to review the staging site on a screen share call after sending the link. This allows your PM to get your initial reactions to the design and hear your feedback first hand.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN?

We hope that doesn't happen, but if it does, that's okay! Our designers have years of experience and they're used to honest feedback. You are given a couple of rounds of revisions for this very reason. Please feel free to share your thoughts during both the design and site review calls if you have a specific vision for your site.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I APPROVE THE STAGING SITE?

Design approval gives our team the go-ahead to prepare a fully built out site for launch. For this reason, we ask that you be sure of your design before we wrap up these final stages of your staging site. Changes after approval can be made, but may incur an additional charge for the developers time, depending on how extensive. Below are some examples of changes that may incur an additional charge after approval:

• Changing font

• Changing color palette

• Changing the header

• Adding or removing an inset

• Changing from a static to a video banner

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PHOTOS YOU USED?

Photos can be switched out at any time (even after you're live), so don't let those hold you back if you like the color palette and layout of the site. Your PM will work with you to get the photography just right before launch.

CAN I REMOVE THE "POWERED BY DOCTORLOGIC" TEXT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY SITE?

No. We cannot remove this watermark from your site.

CAN I USE MY OWN FONT?

We use Google fonts on all of our sites. Google has compressed each font for speedier download, allowing each web page to download in a split second on any platform, without affecting the font quality.

If you have a font you current use in your branding, our first choice is to find a similar Google font for your website.

If you choose to use your own font, we can accommodate this request with some caveats:

• You must provide the original logo files to DoctorLogic

• You must license these fonts for website use

• You must acknowledge that usage of such fonts may slow down your site speed and that DoctorLogic is not responsible for any load penalties due to font usage.

CAN I USE MY OWN IMAGES?

We try to incorporate client imagery whenever possible. We ask that should you choose to use your own images, you provide large, high-quality, original imagery to your PM for use on the website and make sure you own them.

Images that are too small for web use may not be able to be used on the site. Should you find yourself without imagery, we recommend hiring a photographer for a quick photo session of your staff and office.

WILL MY SITE LOOK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE'S?

We provide custom homepages for all of our sites. While similar elements do exist, no two sites will be exactly the same.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY INTERIOR PAGES?

Our interior pages are structured in a very specific way to drive conversions. While we do want your site to be visually pleasing and unique, the power behind the DoctorLogic platform lies in our technology. There are a few tweaks we can make to the interior pages, such as adding imagery and color where appropriate, but the structure of our interior pages remains a set feature.
