WHAT IS YOUR BROWSER SUPPORT POLICY?

We base our browser support policy on the one used by Google - and we actually support MORE browsers than Facebook.

We’re committed to developing web applications that go beyond the limits of traditional software. Our engineering teams make use of new capabilities available in modern, up-to-date browsers.

That’s why we only support modern browsers, which also provide improved security and performance.

WHY CAN'T I SEE RECENT UPDATES?

This is likely due to browser cache. Caching means placing something in storage (usually in secret) on the chance that it may come in useful later. A browser or Web cache does exactly that, except with program and website assets. When you visit a website, your browser takes pieces of the page and stores them on your computer's hard drive. This helps to make sure the page loads faster next time you visit.

HOW DO I CLEAR MY CACHE?

Safari

  1. While Safari is open, select History.

  2. Click Clear History.

  3. Select how far back you would like to clear your history.

  4. Click Clear History.

FireFox

  1. Click the Menu Button.

  2. Click History.

  3. Select Clear Recent History.

  4. Next to Time range to clear, select how much of your history you would like to clear.

  5. Click Clear History.

Chrome

  1. Click on the hamburger menu in the upper right of your browser screen. This is the icon with 3 vertical lines, similar to what you see on a mobile phone.

  2. Click Clear Browsing Data.

  3. Select the Time range to clear.

  4. Click Clear data.
