Reviews FAQs
I SEE A NEGATIVE REVIEW IN MY DASHBOARD, WILL YOU REMOVE THAT FROM THE INTERNET?
Unfortunately, we cannot remove a review from a third party source. However, we will be able to make sure that we do not show these on your site. You have the ability to turn on or off all reviews that get scraped into your dashboard. You may also delete any unwanted reviews from your dashboard and they will not get scraped again.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT ALL MY X PROCEDURE REVIEWS SHOW UP ON X PROCEDURE PAGE?
Our tool is smart enough to tag your reviews to procedures if they are mentioned within the text of the review. If not, you can always click the ‘Edit’ button on any review to go ahead and add those procedure tags. You will see this option towards the bottom of the page once you click the ‘Edit’ button.
I HAVE A TON OF REVIEWS ON A SITE THAT I DON'T SEE PULLED IN. WILL YOU ADD THOSE FOR ME?
We are able to scrape in reviews from most third party sites but not all. Some sites do not allow us to scrape your reviews and this is why we do not have the ability to show those particular reviews on your site. If you see a source missing, please let us know and we will get those added if it is a possibility.
I HAVE A LOT OF CARDS, NOTES, ETC. FROM PATIENTS. HOW DO I ADD THOSE TO MY REVIEWS?
At the top of the ‘Reviews’ portion of your dashboard, you will see an ‘Add New +’ button.
Once clicked, you will see the source automatically set to ‘Office Visit". From here you can upload your card, note, or whatever it may be. You will need to scan the card before uploading it as a “Photo” for the review.
Please make sure to blackout, blur, or photoshop any names and signatures for HIPAA reasons. Also, make sure to transcribe the contents into the “Description” section to make sure that this review carries the greatest potential SEO value.
HOW DO I PUBLISH A REVIEW?
Each review will have an On/Off toggle button on the right hand side of the card. You can press this to publish or remove the review from your site.
If you have quite a bit of reviews to turn on all at once, click the “Bulk Publish” button at the top right of the page and change your Minimum Rating to Publish to 5 (or 4 or 3 depending on which reviews you'd like to show). This will then turn on all reviews that are rated that number or above. We recommend reviewing all reviews before publishing to ensure the content of the review is correct.
Note: Any reviews that only contain a rating and no content will not be published to the site.
A PATIENT JUST LEFT ME A REVIEW, BUT I DON'T SEE IT IN THE DASHBOARD.
Your reviews get pulled in intermittently throughout the week, so some reviews will take a few days to pull in and be shown within the DoctorLogic Admin Dashboard.
