HOW DO I LOG INTO THE DASHBOARD?

Go to: https://admin.doctorlogic.com

If your email address is already associated with a Google account, simply use your Google credentials to sign in. When you do this the first time, you'll need to authorize DoctorLogic to communicate with Google.

You do not have an email or password for your DoctorLogic site, we integrate directly with Google. We cannot see or access your password. We cannot reset your Google password.

I DO NOT HAVE A GOOGLE EMAIL ADDRESS. CAN I STILL LOG IN?

If you do not have a Google account, you’ll need to register your email address with Google (it does not have to be a Gmail account). To do this:

• Visit https://accounts.google.com/signupwithoutgmail?hl=en

• Complete the form Google provides.

• Follow Google's next steps.

HOW OFTEN IS MY DASHBOARD UPDATED?

You dashboard is updated daily. You can log into your Dashboard today and see data from your launch date through yesterday.

HOW ARE YOU GETTING MY WEBSITE DATA?

Your dashboard data is pulled directly from the Google Analytics account we set up for your site.

If you have an existing Google Analytics account for your site, we will be happy to get the GA4 code added on the backend for you. This will allow both accounts to run concurrently.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE CONVERSIONS?

Any time you have a visitor fill out a contact form on your site or call you from one of your tracking numbers we have set up, that will come in as an Opportunity into your DoctorLogic dashboard. This is what we consider a conversion.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY DASHBOARD?

Anyone that you want to have access to your dashboard can have access to your dashboard. We just need their first and last name as well as an email that is associated with a Google account to get started. Once we receive that information from you, we will get them added as a user so they can log in to the DoctorLogic dashboard.
