Timeline FAQs

The timeline is comprised of 6 parts during the onboarding process.

WHAT ARE THE 5 PARTS OF THE ONBOARDING ROADMAP?

  1. Information Gathering

  2. Content Creation and Design Development

  3. Tool Training

  4. Site Review + Edits

  5. Go LIVE!

See our Onboarding Overview for an in depth look at the onboarding process.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY SITE?

Your set up fee covers the first few months of work, which is the implementation and onboarding phase. Ideally, we aim to get your link to you in 60 - 90 days, depending on if you are using your existing content or we are writing new content for your site. Once you have received the staging link, you have 1-3 weeks to review and edit the site as needed before launch. Your PM will let you know of your billing start date during your intro call.

WILL YOU STILL CHARGE ME IF MY DOCTORLOGIC WEBSITE IS NOT LIVE BY MY EXPECTED BILLING DATE?

It depends. If the delay is caused on our part, DoctorLogic will allow grace for your billing period. A delay on our end would occur if we have received all your information on time, but were unable to complete your site within the estimated production period.

If the delay is caused on your part, meaning you did not get information or assets back in a timely manner, you delayed in giving approvals or feedback, or required out of scope changes, you would still be charged on your billing date. This includes instances where DoctorLogic provides a link on time, but we do not receive the necessary feedback within a reasonable amount of time.

Your PM will keep you informed of your current pace and timeline throughout the process.

WHAT IF I GO LIVE EARLY?

If you go live before your expected billing date, your billing will begin at Go Live.
