DoctorLogic Services Overview

WHAT WE DO:

  • Responsive Design - Whether you’ve chosen a custom or proven design, all of our sites are built to be beautiful and responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

  • SEO Optimization and Auditing - We set up on-page SEO elements like title tags, meta descriptions, and more when we create your site to ensure that you are set up for the greatest success. Our monitoring efforts are ongoing and regular in-depth performance reviews allow us to identify key successes and opportunities for improvement.

  • Local Data Syndication - We monitor more than 70+ local listings, including Google, Bing, etc and make sure your NAP is consistent where patients find you most.

  • Click To Call - Click to Call tracking captures a "call event" when a visitor clicks on any phone number link on your website. With Click to Call tracking our system will report that a website visitor displayed intent to contact your practice and showed a level of engagement.

  • Galleries - Our Gallery Tool makes it possible for you to continually add fresh, relevant content to your site. Additions like this make it easier for search engines, and in turn, patients find you online. Galleries are included with every one of our Full Platform sites.

  • Review Management - Our Review Tool makes it easy for you to increase your number of reviews via the request review feature. Our team compiles reviews about your practice from a list of your available sources online on a weekly basis.

  • Analytics - We monitor your site analytics constantly and new numbers are available on a daily basis so you can see your trends in real-time.

  • Account Management Services - During the onboarding phase, you will be assigned both a Project Manager and a Customer Success Manager (if applicable dependent on the package purchased). Your Project Manager will work with our Design, Development, and Content teams to build out your site. Your Customer Success Manager will act as your main point of contact for all things DoctorLogic after launch.

  • Technology Updates - When Google announces a change in their ranking algorithms, we tweak your site accordingly and keep your site up-to-date with the latest search engine optimization trends.

WHAT WE DON'T DO:

  • Email Hosting - Email hosting is not our specialty. While we do not host or set up email for you, we are happy to assist you in choosing a new host if necessary and walking you through next steps.

  • Domain Ownership - We do not take ownership of your domain. With DoctorLogic, you will retain rights and access to your domain at all times. If your domain is currently owned by a previous provider, we can assist in choosing a new domain provider if necessary and walking you through next steps.

  • External Reputation Management - While we can monitor which reviews display on your website, we do not manage or remove reviews posted to 3rd party sites. If you are in need of a reputation management company in conjunction with your new site, we are happy to refer someone to you.

  • Practitioner Profile Updates - We manage more than 70 local listings for your business account. We do not manage practitioner accounts such as Vitals, HealthGrades, Rate MDs, etc. We can provide you information on how you can update these.

  • Gallery Management - DoctorLogic does not carry over or create galleries for your new site. The practice will be solely responsible for creating, updating, and publishing galleries.
