Proven Project Onboarding
1. Information Gathering
Your project team will work with you throughout the onboarding and implementation phase to create your site. Your PM will be your point of contact for all things DoctorLogic during the onboarding phase. Your CSM will take over as your main point of contact once your new site is live will remain with you throughout your time with us.
Kickoff Call
In this first phase, you will meet with your Project Manager for an introduction call where they will walk you through the process and overall timeline. During this call, we will discuss the visual aesthetics of your new site. We'll also show you the sales template selected for your proven project.
Design Development and Content Migration
After your intro and design call, the heavy lifting will be done by our skilled onboarding team. We will get to work to develop your new website and create your site's custom, quality content that is search engine optimized. Pages we write include the homepage, about page, provider page(s), facility page(s), procedure pages, and more.
Tool Training
As we are working on the design and pulling over your existing content, we can begin the process of Tool Training. You will get an email that will step you through reviewing the backend dashboard of your DoctorLogic site. This includes how to access your analytics, review your conversions, manage your reviews, and add new galleries.
Site Review
After design, development, and content have been completed, your Project Team will complete a series of quality analyses. It is at this time that your Project Manager will prepare your link for delivery. Once your site has undergone this process, your PM will send you your staging link to look over your completed site. From there you can review the site as a whole, review all internal pages, and prepare for launch. Once live, your CSM will meet with you to come up with a strategy that works best for your new website's vision.
