New Content Project Onboarding
1. Information Gathering
Your project team will work with you throughout the onboarding and implementation phase to create your site. Your PM will be your point of contact for all things DoctorLogic during the onboarding phase. Your CSM will take over as your main point of contact once your new site is live will remain with you throughout your time with us.
Kickoff Call - In this first phase, you will meet with your Project Manager for an introduction call where they will walk you through the process and overall timeline. During this call, we will chat about the strategy of your content, your performance goals for the new website, and deliver a personalized content strategy plan to review. We will also discuss the visual aesthetics of your new site and show you some of the many options to customize your new homepage.
2. Design Development and Content Creation
After your intro/design call and content strategy call, the heavy lifting will be done by our skilled onboarding team. We will get to work to develop your new website and create your site's custom, quality content that is search engine optimized. Pages we write include the homepage, bios, the about page, facility page(s), service or procedure pages, and a financing page.
3. Tool Training
As we are working on the design and pulling over your existing content, we can begin the process of Tool Training. You will get an email that will step you through reviewing the backend dashboard of your DoctorLogic site. This includes how to access your analytics, review your conversions, manage your reviews, and add new galleries.
4. Site Review
After design, development, and content have been completed, your Project Team will complete a series of quality analyses. It is at this time that your Project Manager will prepare your link for delivery. Once your site has undergone this process, your PM will send you an invite for a site review call to look over your completed site. From there we will send over a link to your staging site so you and your practice can review the site as a whole, review all internal pages, and provide any feedback for changes. If there are no changes, we can go ahead and set a LAUNCH date! Once live, your CSM will meet with you to come up with a strategy that works best for your new website's vision.
