# Google Business Profile "Call Clicks"

The Google Business Profile (GBP) "Call Clicks" metric refers to click event data that is captured when a visitor to your GBP profile clicks the Call button. While this click event does not provide a guarantee that the visitor actually completed a live phone call, the "call click" event is a direct indication that they showed intent to reach out to your practice.\

For customers using our Click to Call phone tracking features, GBP call clicks are another way to assess your inbound call volumes and serve as useful indicator of your local search performance. When reviewing your reporting and Opportunities dashboard, you will see references to Google Business Profile call clicks as the total daily counts will be included in the grand total of conversions for your specified timeframe.
