We understand that it can be very frustrating to receive multiple forms from the same user within a short span of time. If you see an entry or multiple entries that may be spam, you are able to log in to your customer admin portal at [https://admin.doctorlogic.com](https://admin.doctorlogic.com/).

{% content-ref url="../../../general/logging-into-doctorlogic" %}

{% endcontent-ref %}

Once you’ve logged in, you’re able to click “**Lead Generator**” from the left-hand side menu and then “Opportunities” from the dropdown. Select the form that you have determined as spam and click the red “**REPORT SPAM**” button on the right-hand side of the page. This will block that email address from contacting you again and remove the entry from your conversion count.
