# How to Create a Promotion

## Adding a new Promotion is as easy as 1,2,3!

### Add your content

1. Enter in text for your tagline, headline, description, and call to action
2. Choose your Promotion image
   1. You'll be able to use the defaulted image, upload a new image, or select an existing image from your media library.
3. Customize
   1. You'll be able to then toggle on or off whichever components you want to show on your new Promotion.
      1. Note: *the text input fields are all required, even if you choose to toggle them off. The information input into these fields is used for SEO purposes (meta title and description) and is needed to ensure your dedicated Promotions landing page follows SEO best practices.*

### Choose your design

1. You'll be shown a display of various layouts and designs that are all branded according to your site's color palette for seamless, cohesive branding. Select your preference.

### Schedule your Promotion

1. You can tag the Promotion to any associated people or services in this step.&#x20;
2. If you have any additional information to provide, you can add that content there.
3. Set the date range for when you'd like this Promotion to be available
4. Preview the final design&#x20;
5. Publish or schedule for a later date!
