# How to create a QR Code for your practice

QR codes can be a great way to incentivize patients to leave a review before they even step foot outside of your practice. We recommend having these visible in the waiting area or even on the front reception desk, so that as your staff checks the patients out they can also ask for a positive review.

Generating QR codes is easily done through a free online generator like [![](https://www.qr-code-generator.com/wp-content/themes/qr/favicon.ico?v=2)QR Code Generator | Create Your Free QR Codes](https://www.qr-code-generator.com/) . You can even upload your logo for a more customized, branded look. We recommend focusing on Google, Yelp, or Facebook for new reviews. As a reminder, these reviews will be automatically scraped into your DoctorLogic Admin Portal for you to publish as you see fit, benefitting your website’s performance too!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.doctorlogic.com/docs/general/how-to/how-to-create-a-qr-code-for-your-practice.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
