How do I upload new Before and After Galleries to my site?
Potential new patients love to view your work. The DoctorLogic platform works to maximize your gallery content while leaving a lasting impression on the client. To add a new gallery, follow the steps below. begin uploading galleries, you must first login to your dashboard by going to https://admin.doctorlogic.com.
Creating a New Gallery
Log into your DoctorLogic dashboard at admin.doctorlogic.com.
Click on “Galleries” on the left navigation bar.
Click on the green “+” icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Follow the prompted steps.
Edit Existing Galleries
Click the yellow pencil on the specific gallery you want to edit.
Make your desired changes
Ensure the gallery is published by checking that the icon in the top right corner is “On” and green. The gallery is unpublished if the button shows “Off” and is red.

How do I submit Review Requests to my Clients?
Review Request is a fantastic tool of the platform allowing you to seek out reviews on third party sites from clients who have received a procedure/ service.
First you must login to your DoctorLogic dashboard.
After logging into the dashboard for your site, the “Review Request” tab can be seen on the left.
The form will need to be filled out with the sender’s email and name. The next field asks for the recipients' email.
This is where you add all the patients' email addresses from which you would like reviews.
How do I add a new location to our site?
To add a new location to your site, you would need to submit a Support request by emailing the Support team directly at Support@doctorlogic.com.
Provide the information on your new location:
Facility Address
Facility Hours
Facility photos
If there are any specific doctors who ONLY work at this location
It is important to remember that your contract limits you to a number of locations. If you have any questions about this, please contact your Client Success Specialist.
I hired new staff, how can I add them to the site?
To add a new staff member to your site, you would need to email the Support team directly at Support@doctorlogic.com and provide information on the new team member including a photo, their bio information, and title.
Providing information on your new staff member is key. Including a list of education, certifications, and technical skills will assist our team in providing a bio for your new team member.
If you wish to write the content for the staff bio, please include a CV or resume in your email to our Support team.
It is important to remember that your contract limits you to a number of staff listed on the site. If you have any questions about this, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
How do I upload videos to my site?
Adding videos to your site is a wonderful way to engage potential clientele about your services. Topics of videos can differ by practice but an introduction to a physician, explanation of a procedure/ service, and patient testimonials are all great information that could be in a video. Our platform supports Youtube videos. You must have a youtube account to add videos to your DoctorLogic site.
Create a Youtube account
Upload the video to your account.
Send the link of the video to Support@doctorlogic.com
Will DoctorLogic add images to blog posts for me?
We absolutely can add images to your blog posts. You can include the images in your article by logging into https://admin.doctorlogic.com and selecting "Content Multipler" from the menu and then "Articles". You can also email the post and images to support@doctorlogic.com to be posted.
How can I grant access to a new user to help manage my site and what permissions are available?
To grant access to your site, email support@doctorlogic.com and provide the google affiliated email for which you want to grant access. A selection of roles is available for access:
Customer Approver: This grants access to approve and publish content using the On-Page Editing tool.
Customer Author: This grants access to author content using dashboard tools but cannot publish to site.
Gallery Approver: This permission grants access to your gallery function, allowing creation of new galleries with editing and publishing ability.
Opportunities: This allows access to the Opportunities section of your dashboard where your conversions are tracked and accessible.
Reporting: This grants access to the dashboard to review site analytics.
Testimonial Approver: This permission allows for the creation and publishing ability of testimonials/reviews.
Can I have access to the FTP files of my site?
The DoctorLogic platform is a multi-tenant application. This means that our websites utilize a proprietary and private code structure rather than static files that are accessible via FTP or other means. We can not expose our code base to anyone because it would expose our intellectual property. The code base is heavily obfuscated using an object oriented language rather than standard html or css files that most people know how to manipulate. Our websites are dynamically generated on the fly, this is how we are able to update and react to google algorithm changes more quickly than our competition. We have one code base to manage vs. 1000s of points of maintenance.
